Founding Partner, Code Law
Tom founded CodeLaw over two decades ago with the intention of offering pro bono services to small business owners and entrepreneurs. His vision was to provide legal guidance to anyone who had the drive to see their innovations come to fruition. He began his legal career as deputy district attorney in Santa Clara County, San Jose, California. He translated his litigation skills to the business and marketing world. He was on the founding teams of Nike, Reebok and Napster playing an integral role in their success. He continues to help small and large businesses grow to the next level.
SHANNON CARMODY
Partner, Code Law
Shannon began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court. After working closely with several justices, she became the superior court’s first supervisor for clerks throughout the state. She applied her management skills in the administration of the courts as an assistant deputy clerk. She joins CodeLaw with a strong understanding of the law, court system, and business relations.
